Because if you buy the items separatley it can often not fit correctly and small imperfections can turn in to big problems years later. We bought a freestanding sink unit https://www.murdochtroon.co.uk/freestanding-units/freestanding-sink-units/ complete with a drawer at this store and you can also call them directly for advice.
