According to my point of view several studies have found a link between aspartame and changes in metabolism. In fact, one study suggested that low-calorie sweeteners may disrupt the balance and diversity of bacteria living in the gut, leading to metabolic disease. They are synthetic excitotoxins. Anyone on here telling you that stuff is okay to eat is ignorant or works for a pharmaceutical company. They make billions off of sickness and death.

Find out what aspartame is made from, its conflict of synergy when consumed, and the reaction you have to it. That will tell you if it bad for you or not. It is a synthetic substance. One of them, not sure if it is aspartame or sucralose was originally developed as an insecticide. “Hey would you test this?” No, I said test, not taste.” “ But hey, it tastes sweet.” Ugggh. Mad scientists….. Somehow they think it is ok to put in stuff we eat because it tastes sweet. I don't care how many tests they've done on aspartame. It is not safe. It should not be in the food supply. Neither should sucralose.

The other, sucralose is made with bleach molecules. Sucralose is sometimes described as a non-nutritive sweetener. Yeah. Tell me about it. Didn't need their official description to figure that one out.
